The Community Farm: 2025 Programme

Hello,

Before we get into the depths of the holidays, we wanted to make sure our Growing Wellbeing courses starting again in the New Year were reaching as many people as possible, especially when January/February can be especially difficult for people to navigate.

Grow & Make Starting 15th Jan 2025 (12-week course)
Therapeutic horticulture programme, 10 am-3 pm on Wednesdays
The gardening for wellbeing course is held in a relaxed and supportive environment, and each week people can learn new skills about how to grow food, and what you can do in the garden, alongside connecting with others and the wider environment, which is now shown to support mental good health.

Wild Steps- Starts 6th Feb 2025 (6 sessions)
Therapeutic conservation programme, 11 am-3 pm on Thursdays.
This therapeutic conservation programme offers people the time to slow down with nature-based mindful activities that encourage a sense of connection with the world and aid relaxation. You will also spend the other half of the session learning skills in practical nature conservation to help wildlife flourish here on the farm and at home.
