Following a group well-being day, we develop personalised long-term programmes of support for individuals to improve their mental health and wellbeing, leading to positive outcomes. This will include forestry projects, horticulture, basic animal care, developing and harvesting an allotment, at our farm overlooking the Mendip hills. Mondays to Fridays, to be arranged with individuals.
