Roots to Wellbeing is a nature-based health and wellbeing support group for anyone struggling with their mental health or finding life challenging. Roots aims to support individuals to build a new relationship with nature to improve their mental and physical wellbeing, whilst building supportive local social connections.
The 18-week programme is delivered in parks and people can start at any point. Participants take part in nature-connection activities such as mindfulness, sensory activities, natural craft activities and practical park work.
Sessions start or end with a healthy, free shared lunch. We can offer help with transport if needed.
