Sound in Nature is a wellbeing programme that makes creative use of sounds and music in an outdoor setting, in order to boost positive mental health and lessen anxiety.
Each group session explores making and listening to natural sounds in a creative way. As trust is built within the group, it allows the group to let go and unleash creative inspiration, which leads to feelings of increased wellbeing and rejuvenation by nature in a safe space.
We have a base indoors at The Park Centre and can use the Courtyard outside as well the park opposite to take notice of our surroundings and allow a freedom to find expression and creativity in response to what we see and hear.
Our herbs are thriving that we planted in our taster session so come back and see or try it out if you’ve not been before.
