We have new workshops and courses open for booking on Thursday mornings at Cadbury Heath Hall:

Managing Intense Emotions Course – 4 weeks, starting 14 November (spaces still available)

Reframing Loneliness Workshop – 23 January

Understanding Trauma Course – 4 weeks, starting 30 January

Building Resilience Workshop – 27 February

Coping with Low Mood Course – 4 weeks, starting 6 March
